This fry basket features a 2-piece styling with a top and bottom piece. To use, simply place a tortilla over each of the bottom cups, lower the top piece to form the tortillas into the bottom cups, and fry! When done, the tortillas will be perfect cup shapes, great for making taco salads. This fry basket is made of nickel-plated steel with a chrome finish, making it easy to clean at the end of each shift.
This taco cup fry basket is designed to work with 6" tortillas to make (2) taco cups at once. Its enhanced design is operator friendly for intuitive use, and the durable vinyl, heat-resistant handle ensures user safety. This fry basket fits commercial fryers, in place of a standard fry basket, making it a versatile addition to nearly every establishment.
