These were worn by my 11 year old last season before he outgrew them.  These were originally around 0 . I just sharpened these with a 1/2" radius on the SPARX so they are dead level and ready to hit the ice immediately.   They have a ton of life left in them.  These are a very sturdy and higher end skate with the upgraded chrome blades.  New set of laces included with them.
SKATE SIZE 5 Regular width
SHOE SIZE approx 6-6.5   CCM typically run about 1.5-2 sizes below your regular shoe size.  This sizing is pretty true (I used to sell them at my pro shop and my own kids have now owned close to a dozen pairs).
