All items going within the continental USA shipped at cost of postage, as best as I can calculate, generally via Priority Mail, but may go another way at seller's discretion. This usually will be specified in the listing, although seller reserves the right to change shipping method without notice. I do not add a handling charge. All items will be tracked to verify delivery. Generally shipped within 0-1 days of end of auction, although I cannot be responsible for weather-related delays. Cannot always ship on Saturdays, payment received late Friday or over the weekend will result in item being shipped the next business day, usually Monday, occasionally Tuesday if there is a holiday. Items sent via US mail only, no UPS or FedEx. For overseas shipments, contact seller.
Your satisfaction with anything you buy from me is most important, and accordingly, I accept returns for any reason, if you contact me within 30 days of receipt of item.  I will refund your
entire purchase price plus postage both ways if for any reason your purchase proves to be unsatisfactory

You may see a 1" standard, a 6" rule, a 12" ruler, or a quarter, and they are NOT included in what you are buying. This should be obvious, but just in case anyone is tempted to write me and ask...
I encourage you to add insurance, particularly on the more expensive items.  I do track every shipment, so can tell when it is delivered. If it's lost, it's on
your
dime, unless you have insurance. Parcels sent by Priority Mail, or First Class, generally, at shipper's option.
Also, please note that I do comply with all rules and regulations, so will be unable to declare a low value for overseas shipments. And items sent overseas, due to the high cost of postage, are NON-RETURNABLE!!! Sorry!
