This listing is for a used Franklin Chef 60" gas range with stainless back warming shelf. This range is in great used condition, because it has only had residential use, but is meant to be a heavy duty commercial range. It has a raised griddle with a broiler underneath that makes an awesome pizza oven! There is nothing like hotcakes on the large 24" griddle, you can cook them all at once with your bacon and eggs! Everything comes apart for easy cleaning. These burners can bring on the heat or simmer just like a restaurant. Comes with the stainless back with warming shelf, which really keeps everything warm until ready to serve and also good spot to stack plates, rolls, etc. to warm up. I am not a dealer , I love to cook, this is a great range and is the most impressive part of my kitchen.
Has upgraded red knobs and stainless steel sides, unlike the cheaper version.
